These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MISO™ The Cat online store at itsmisothecat.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including before or after payment, due to stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable product costs. Shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes are calculated at checkout or borne by the recipient for international orders. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but the price confirmed in your order email is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your card details.
4.1 Production
Allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment. Each piece is manufactured in limited production runs.
4.2 Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after production, depending on your location. These are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates.
4.3 Free Shipping
Free shipping is offered on orders over $100 (USD), applied automatically at checkout.
4.4 International Orders
We ship worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes, and any fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
4.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
5.1 Return Eligibility
Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item value. Items must be in their original condition — we cannot accept returns of worn, washed, damaged, or personalised items.
5.2 How to Return
Initiate a return by contacting us at support@itsmisothecat.com with your order number. Once approved, we will send return instructions. Ship the item back with a tracking number — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
5.4 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
MISO™ products are manufactured in limited production runs and are never restocked. Once a drop sells through, it is gone. This is intentional — we build for rotation wear, not mass production. We do not guarantee that any product will be available again after it sells out.
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, colours and details may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations. Product specifications, materials, and construction may change without notice. If you receive a product that significantly differs from its description, contact us within 14 days.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to the MISO™ name, logo, designs, graphics, product images, text, and code, is the property of MISO™ The Cat and is protected by trademark and copyright law. The MISO™ trademark and all associated marks are owned by MISO™ The Cat. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or resale of any MISO™ design or trademark is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to scrape or copy content, or to use automated tools to place orders. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MISO™ The Cat and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MISO™ The Cat is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction governing these Terms, except that you may bring small-claims court actions in your local jurisdiction. No class actions or consolidated proceedings are permitted.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
